As long as the system is designed to use the style of pump. And they can mount it. I don't see much of an issue.

There are complete kits available. Yet while they look like factory. They will use some aftermarket parts.

Check for hot air getting into the cab of the vehicle. Cold suction line, proper pressures lead me to other issues and not a compressor.

I'll have to look into if the bulk hose is the same. Could be some import hose maker using an inferior hose.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. It's normal for newer GM suction hoses to collapse. Their new hoses are very soft, very good for reducing noise in the cabin, they collapse flat when you pull a vacuum. Even with the barrier inside? Seems that the plastic sleeve was not crushable just a few years ago.

Just for reference, any OE style A6, single-unit system. Will take 11 ounces of oil.
