No. Not even a little. They are totally incompatible.

Where are you that you have R12 available but not R134?

Take to a shop; have the leak diagnosed and fixed, then the correct amount of R134a added by weight.

That stuff is a mixture of propane and butane. Don't smoke around it.

Mixtures of refrigerant usually have undesirable thermal properties compared to either one alone. It is like when tin and lead are mixed to make solder, the resulting mixture has a lower melting point than expected by looking at the melting point of either metal alone. Thus it is highly preferable to use refrigerant as intended as a pure substance and not "top up" system with a different type.
