2012 Nissan Pathfinder AC will not turn off

While driving today, I noticed the AC was blowing in the defrost mode. None of the buttons will work (Fan high/low, Temp high/low, mode) does anyone know of a fix? 2012 Nissan Pathfinder LE 6 CYL

Sounds normal, compressor keeps running to dehumidify the air.

Detroit means that if Pathfinder appears OK when started up without defroster on, that's how it's engineered. So turn off defroster and try fresh start up.
