2019 Nissan Frontier AC troubleshooting (Video link attached)

Hello, need some help in troubleshooting my truck.
I’m not professional HVAC tech, but did my own compressor/radiator/valve replacement, vacuum pull and recharge AC on my old car.

2019 Nissan Frontier, 70k miles. Rebuild title. Was hit at right front side. Own almost a year.
AC is barely blowing some cold in Texas heat. Compressor works on and off.
Static pressure was around 100 psi with 95F ambient temperature.
I drained some freon.
Didn’t help much. Attaching video of gauges.
Need some guidance.

I suggest reclaiming the refrigerant. Pull a vacuum, add back the specific refrigerant, and post your readings. You did not list engine size.

Refrigerant Type: HFC-134a
Refrigerant Capacity: 1.54 ± 0.11 lbs
Refrigerant Oil Type: PAG Oil Type R (DH-PR)
Refrigerant Oil, Total System Capacity: 6.087 ± 0.338 fl oz
Refrigerant Oil, with Condenser Replacement: 2.54 fl oz
Refrigerant Oil, with Compressor Replacement: Balancing Procedure

Based on your description of the situation and the pressure gauge readings, your truck’s air conditioning system is severely low on refrigerant. A static pressure of 100 psi at an outside temperature of 95°F (35°C) is a normal reading for a system at rest. However, the static pressure only indicates the presence of refrigerant in the system, not its volume. When you released some of the refrigerant, the situation only got worse, since there was even less refrigerant left.

No offense, but I'm going to disagree. An expansion valve system should not run at 40 PSI during high idle. He needs to get back to the OE specs; otherwise, they are just guessing at the problem. If 40/300 post OE spec. Then you can start working on the problem. Might spray a mist of water on the condenser while running and see if pressure drops and cooling begins.
