Blows cold but gauges read equal

Please help! I noticed my floor boards in my 2002 pathfinder were soggy then opened the hood to see water slinging off the line from TXV to compressor. I got the gauges out along with the vacuum pump to pull the air out of the gauge lines. After connecting and opening the valves i noticed that my low side was way high around 125 and high side was low around same pressure. Now i believe this points to a bad expansion valve but could still be the compressor, right? The compressor runs continuously no matter the settings inside... so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a reman compressor ordered with a new TXV and drier but need to find some one local to evac since I'm new to my area

Confused about a few things in your post. That said, is 125 PSI the static pressure (engine off, compressor disengaged) that you're reading on the low and high sides?

That seems like the drain from the evaporator case is not working correctly, if passenger side floor board.

Hmmm -

High pressure line goes from condenser to TXV; this line should be hot.

Evaporator to compressor line is low pressure and should be cool.

What is your area?
Is this 2002 Pathfinder new to you or was fine and just developed this issue? I have 1998 and 2004 Frontiers and the AC works fine (Arizona).
