Large core updte to the forum software.

I had a company do a large core update to the software package. If you run across any bugs, let me know.

The email has been turned off to reduce spam. There was a software issue that allowed some spam through the forum. We added an additional mod to help. So I'll watch and might turn on the email function again.

I've noticed in Firefox. I keep getting logged off, will try other browsers later.

So far seems stable. turning off email has helped with unwanted email.

All I use is Firefox and it seems to be working well here.

Made a few more setting changes. I am hopeful to see less spam stuff and the forum still works for everyone.
