Leaks after replacing compressor and flushing system

Had to replace a compressor in 98 mustang GT (high low side pressure and low high side pressure) and disassembled and flushed the system excluding the accumulator and orifice line.

Vacuumed system and it did not hold a vacuum . Wondered best way to go about finding the leak?

Sounds like you have a large leak somewhere. Two things you can do: Inject a little UV dye ( half an ounce or less) and charge it, which should allow the compressor to run. That will distribute the dye, allowing you to detect the dye wherever it comes out. Alternatively, carefully go over every accessible part of the system with an electronic sniffer. A leak that big should be relatively easy to detect. Don't forget to test the dash vents and condensate tube, looking for the dye at the condensate tube as well.
