Does anyone know the reason why GM used the rubber ball design instead of an old faithful schrader valve design. I see aftermarket companies make a schrader valve design to replace the OEM ball. Before installing aftermarket parts on a vehicle, I wanted know the reason behind this change. What has me confused is they kept the schrader type on the low side.
I can't figure out why GM does ANYTHING !!!!Turbo wrote:Does anyone know the reason why GM...
the ball valve is supposed to last longer.
And my mom always exclaimed when stuff she made was rare/raw or burnt: that's the way it's "supposed to be" !!!Dougflas wrote:the ball valve is supposed to last longer.
