I don't know if it's from initial storage/shipping loops of bulk hose but AC hose definitely prefers to always stay curved in the same direction as the way it was curved when cut off the big spool.

I have made a lot of custom AC hose kits over the years and learned long ago not to try to go "against the grain" to speak because it always kinks.

Having said that, my brother got some aftermarket line/hose one time (can't remember what car it was - maybe an Accord or Civic IIRC) that was kinking just like yours. We couldn't get the kink out and stuck it on anyway, and lo and behold once it was in the car and when the system was running and full of pressure, it would push the kink almost entirely out and never had an issue with it.
