Some HPRV's are .375-24 threads like an AN fitting.

Back in June of 2007 I gave you a welded HPRV to solve your leak problem - I don't know if you replaced it after that.

Can you use that same conversion Tee on your latest system configuration?

Well, Here are the pics of the HPRV that came off the truck. It does not appear to be welded. Maybe that is why I had to top it off every 2 or 3 years. Not sure...

I measured it up and the threads are just shy of 3/8". Too small for a 10mm. I am guessing you are correct at 3/8-24" What is the shrader size - 7/16? I found an Omega MT1340 adapter online. I wonder if that would fit up in a HPCO? YF49 or similar?

Yes, I could use the conversion tee, but then I am back to looking for that o-ring again. Plus I would have to zip tie the wiring along the discharge hose to keep it from flopping around. If I could move the location, it would put me together with OEM parts, standard o-rings, and wiring that would be in a similar location to a later model year.

Would this work?

I usually wended up the threaded end of those valves.

An AN port fitting with an O ring would probably work if it is 3/8-24.

If I replace the valve with a HPCO, I kill two birds with one stone.

What AN fitting would it be to adapt a HPCO?

Unscrew that HPCO switch from the adapter & see what the thread & seal size are.

The HPCO and HPRV are the same threads. The problem is that this switch is too wide and will not fit behind the compressor. I either need to find one that is narrower or some sort of adapter/spacer that will put the wide part out past the compressor. Does that make sense?
