hmmmm, laid the condenser on teh bench and filled it with MEK. Didn't take a full liter. Maybe 3/4 liter.

I'll let that sit overnight and see what the morning brings.

I personally think you're wasting your time trying to flush that condenser. Corvettes were know for having lousy AC systems to start with. Hmmm - sounds like TOO MUCH refrigerant from your pressures??? I have no experience with that refrigerant; RedTek is R12a.
