Test the TXV. Pull the bulb loose and place it into a glass of crushed ice and water. Does the pressure change? Then hold the bulb in your hand. Does the pressure change? Yes, you may have a problem with the compressor being de stroked. What year Saab?

Get the vehicle warmed up, have someone turn off the engine while you are looking at the fan. If the blade still spins when the engine is off, replace the clutch. You should be able to find a YouTube video on testing the fan clutch.

First, you can not pull a vacuum to 31 to 32 PSI. 29.9 is all she writes. Red dye is useless; use UV dye with the light and glasses. You can check the evap at the drain hose just be careful not to get condensation into the detector tip. You can try to place a shower cap or plastic bag around the com...

You may be low on refrigerant. The first thing you need to check is the refrigerant. Recover the charge and see if it is low. Properly recharge and go from there. I think you can get a set of gauges from this site.

Re: R134a pressures too high
32 oz was for R12 right? I realize you have a new condenser and fans but did you try to mist the condenser with a water hose? IF psi drops a lot, you could still have air flow problem. 105 ambient with vent of 60 is not that bad. Does that model have a heat exchanger in the high side lines?
