hi Just make sure your gauge/hose set is in good order , replace seals , lubricate o rings etc etc vacuum and pressure test . its easy to get the sensor in a micron meter dirty . Use 99% isopropyl alcohol fill tip with syringe install cap shake once and empty . Let dry for awhile

hi 1/ on manifold 2/ either the high or low port , vacuum thru the other port and via a dedicated vacuum hose . My next micron gauge will have decay rate also . After reaching 500 micron at least 1 hr on the vac pump ,, using 4cfm or bigger 2 stage .
