Might be overcharged a little. 30PSI @ 1500 on the low side seems high. Expansion block system.

Evap may have frozen up. Refrigerant level and cycling would be areas look into.

Is this a US vehicle? As all my listings show this to have a Sanden. Which do not have a control valve for this model compressor? I don't have a system break down on your vehicle anymore. I would think there is some sort of cycling device. Especially since it uses Expansion blocks to regulate refrig...

Maybe a thermostat issue. Is the coil freezing up? Not 100% sure on the cycling of these, electronic or pressure. The Sanden compressor on these does not have a control valve.

Is this an original R134a vehicle? Charge levels is a place to start. Possible restriction but unlucky. Normal expansion valve systems will have a low of around 12/18 at high RPM.

No listing in the US for that vehicle. If an expansion valve system. Your low side pressures are high.
