ok what about this Can I mount my micron gauge onto the vacuum pump? It is not recommended to do so as you are reading what the pump is doing and not what the pump is doing to the system. It is suggested that you tee off on the suction side of the system and mount the gauge there how do you tee off ...

i been doing a little reading on vacuuming the 134a system and noticed

sometimes people remove the schrader valves before the vacuum that it makes for a better evacuation of the system
it this is the case how do you replace the valves before charging the system without letting air back in?

ok it does fit on the freon tank but not the vacuum pump

just received the gauges mt0399
one thing im not sure about is the fitting size of the vacuum/refrigerant line
it has a bigger fitting size than whats on my freon tank and vacuum pump
