Separating the harmonic pulley would take tremendous pressure. If the compressor works and is not locking up. The option is to remove each item and blow nitrogen through them.

We supply that shaft seal for a cheaper price. Plus would add support behind it over your Rock Auto and eBay purchases. Got to love the internet.
