Are there intercoolers in the cooling air path?
Is there room for the condensers you plan to use in the front of the car? Or are they going someplace else?

Re: Two Condensers connected in series
Actually, Chrysler used a series condenser in production. The 1996 Town & Country minivan added a second condenser in series when they put in rear A/C.
4" x 26" , and obviously intended for series cooling. P/N 4682591

Re: Side can tap
Should be both threads - can't see why they would offer two of the same thread on one unit.
This one has both for sure

Re: Side can tap
Cusser: After years of fumbling & leaks with the old R12 pierce valves I bought a side tap. I had a can of R12 turn in to a rocket when the tap let go of the top rim as I was piercing it - that was the final straw. 1) No pierce & retract for flow - the pierce needle stays swaged in the hole ...

Re: 1991 Mercedes R12 Troubleshooting
If you search the popular auction site for "R12 oil charge leak detector" you will find vintage cans that have some R12, oil & dye. Around 35 bucks shipped for 12 ounces. Depending on how low your system is, that may be enough to get it to short cycle for testing & to spread the dy...

Re: Ford E6DH compressor
Wow. Thanks for your service. A/C is not hard, just some rules that always apply. If you want "as new" performance you have to start with a system that is as clean as it was before the first charge went in. That way you can put in the exact same oil charge as the factory did. I have not po...

Side can tap is king of the hill. Never a fuss with an out of spec can thread. AND it lets you access high volumes of other products like brake cleaner, keyboard duster etc. from aerosol cans... http://www.ackits.com/85530-3-in-1-side-mount-can-tap-us-standard-31770?keyword=side%20can I have been us...
