Thanks Tim! I got the email. I'll be ordering as soon as I verify that port size for the adapter.

Re: 87 Chevy truck issues
One other question - what should I be looking at for a new cycling switch? I don't know if the previous owner changed it as part of the swap, so I want to install a new one...one that is appropriate for 134a. An ackits part number would be perfect...
Also if anyone knows if which high pressure port ...

Are you talking one of those "kits" that is a can with a gauge on it that has a "green" zone for "good" pressure? If so, scrap it because it is worthless. Unless you have a good set of tools, including a QUALITY set of gauges, you will just be chasing your tail and not get good results. Forget all ...

Re: 87 Chevy truck issues
Also, want to change out the crap discount auto store 134a fittings for some quality stuff. The low side is easy with the MT0141-1. But will this take the MT0142-1(3/8-24 (3/16")) or the MT0143-1(7/16-20 (1/4"))?
Thanks
Thanks

87 Chevy R30, CC dually that I recently purchased. Previous owner started a 134a conversion. System not working when I purchased it. A6 compressor "looks" new, as does receiver/dryer.
As I was unable to confirm what oil was in it ...
