partial checklist:
1) In USA heavy trucks with Vee belt use Dayco 17/32 top width belt
2) never use back side tension pulley w/ single Vee belt
3) Severe start up at higher rpm liquid slugging can cause belt failure
4) long belt spans w/o idler pulley allow excessive belt bounce

Rubber covered metal gaskets seal more reliably with lube instead of dry. Refrigerant mineral oil also works good.

We all have a AC trial and error learning curve. At 18 years old, my first AC installation in my Ford used scrap freebe components but I couldn"t charge it until I found the rubber plug I left inside the condenser.

The 61 Catalina that I was air conditioning had a 7.25" C/s pulley on a noninterference engine, so I was using it as an example of how to calculate the inputs so that the max comp rpm rating is not exceeded.

The Sanden cut out was only for wide open throttle clutch cut out for acceleration enhancement.
