Year: 2005
Make: Sterling Truck
Refrigerant Type: 134a
Ambient Temp: 75
Pressure Low: 40
Pressure High: 200-350
Country of Origin: United States

Hello..... I had a compressor go out on this Sterling truck - normal system with a Oriface Tube ; replaced the compressor - dryer- oriface tube and flushed the system. Now with all new I tryed the AC and the high side goes up and down from 100 -200 for about 10 seconds the the highside needle starts junping around so fast you cant tell where it is -clear up to 350 i think and it will "emit" gas and oil out the relief valve on the back of compressor; I dont understand this one. I have blown through all the lines twice now - the engine fan is working - but this high side pressure builds "immediate" like with in 20 seconds. Whats up? Thanks.

Condenser restrictions? How did you flush? Which direction did you flow the flush? Did you get all the solvent out? Air? Too much refrigerant? Too much oil? Sealer? Did you check the OT screen when blowing second time? Air can pass a half blocked condenser.
