Check the blower speed resistor normally located right behind the glove box and easily changed.

Bad switch or wiring to your blower resistor.

Some versions have a relay that pulls in for high speed only.

If it is the switch, your old one will be rather obviously burnt when you remove it.

Do you have a max setting for your A/C? IIRC, I had a vehicle that the highest fan speed only worked in the max setting.

I think that is the relay bad, because the switch fan is good. I did jumper on the switch fan to speed 4. but only listen one Tick tack from relay, however the blower not work to higher power

I have the manual for a 2009 Ford Escape. The diagram for the manual system which I don't have doesn't even show the actual switch only the resistor inputs to the HVAC module. I believe that module houses all your HVAC controls. The only relay shown is to supply power on one side of the blower motor and the ground is supplied from the HVAC module to complete the circuit.

This one only shows a M-L speed, M-H speed and H speed in the module but the owner's manual shows a 4 position switch. The module is just a block in the diagram.

Thank for your assistance wptski but I am from Venezuela and my Inglés is very bad , I do not understand so much you tell me. Do you think that the relay is good?

Not sure because the inside of the HVAC module isn't shown so there may be more components.

Yeah, I will buy a new relay, Do you know where find the wiring diagram Explorer 2006 or and diagram similar, temperature control manual.

Be careful looking for manuals because the vehicles sold in other countries may be quite different from the same year make model sold in USA.

Look on eBay, some do ship to other countries. But like mentioned, manuals may differ by countries shipped to.

Hmm, why does that diagram refer to the relay as "High Blower Relay" when it looks like the relay for all speeds?
