Full system rebuild and r12-r134 conversion, New expansion valve making noise??

Year: 1991
Make: Nissan
Model: 240sx
Engine Size: 2.4L
Refrigerant Type: r134a
Country of Origin: United States

So i recently finished the r134a conversion, AC is blowing pretty cold getting to 40 degrees.. I changed the expansion valve also. I'm getting a noise when starting the AC and when revving the engine over 2-3k.. Sounds like a high pitch trumpet or something lol. I will attach a video below to give you a better idea. Pretty sure its expansion valve? Maybe the pressures are getting to high?

In the past I have seen this on a run of bad valves. They work fine but make noise. Might try a different manufacture on the valve.
