Year: 2007
Make: Suzuki
Model: Forenza
Engine Size: 2L
Refrigerant Type: 134a
Ambient Temp: 80
Pressure Low: 30
Pressure High: 210
Country of Origin: United States
I was curious if anyone has experience with this model. Output temp on "high fan / center vent / recirc" is low 50's at idle. Is that reasonable for a Forenza ? Low pressure reading seems low to me.
High side seemed pretty much spot on given the 80 degree ambient.
thanks,
Craig
Actually, if those pressure readings are at about 2000 rpm, then the high pressure reading seems a little low to me.
Are you sure you have the proper amount of refrigerant by weight?

I haven't done an evac and recharge yet so no chance to weigh any freon. The front end suffered minor damage and the condenser was bowed a little but seemed to straighten out ok without losing freon. I was just checking readings before it gets too hot here. pressures were all taken at idle. Should I be testing at 2k ? I've been spoiled by my S10 pickup that cranks out 38 degree air. Maybe 50 is all this one can produce.
