I've read some on mufflers and noticed that back in the day Mitch had recommended it was OK to leave it off and bypass it. Is this still accepted as an OK thing to do? Also, the block on the back of my A6 compressor goes directly into the muffler. If I bypass it I will need another block that bolts to the back of the compressor but I'm not sure what to call this part so I can research trying to find one that is shaped differently.
Thanks,
you can leave it or remove it. The purpose of it was to remove pulsations of the high side. If Tim @ AC kits doesn't have the new fitting, try DocsBlocks
Thank you
