Good Morning,

I am currently doing a late model engine conversion into an old car. I want to run a/c but am hard pressed for room. Does it matter what size compressor i run, to find one that fits may be looking at a compressor that will be half the external size of the original one.

Depends on the area you are trying to cool. I doubt you will see much cooling with 3.0 Cubic Inch compressor.
