i am a university student and i need some information on car refrigerant system parameter. What is the speed of condenser fan need when the car stop moving and at what temperature when the condenser fan should start running.
Depends. What is the ambeint air temp? What is the diameter of the fan and is it a pusher or puller? Is it a gas or deisle engine? What type of condenser is it and how big? Oh, and what percentage of the fins are bent over or being obstructed by dead butterflies? Bottom line, there is no answer to your question. If the Ac is turned on, assuming an electric fan, the fan should be on. Without air flowing over the condenser, there will be very little if any cooling inside the passenger compartment. As for speed of the fan, fast enough to move lots of air across the condenser.
If there is a formula for finding fan speed, I would like to see it.

I bought a can of 134a at w**-mart that had a stop leak, oil, and dye in it. It also had a hose and a gauge, so now I'm an AC pro!
