I'm wondering where to start with this. If you want to make a chiller cabinet, the sort of thing that has an open front and displays sandwiches etc, how does one go about sizing the parts in a system?

Compressor size, evap size, condensor etc, but even orifice size, pipe diameter, refrigerant qty and final low and high side pressures? Especially as there can be things like fans on the evap and condensor which alter their characteristics.

I'm not making one, just curious how all the variables are covered.
