people,
have one of these:

batteries are good, but when pushing down on the button, light sometimes comes on (in recent past), now doesnt even come on. Ever repair one of these? Why do they quit so easily? hardly even used it.
Thanks

OK, I have a hunch the people here dont use these flex lights, or prefer other light products. Hey, Im ready to dump it if I have to (doesnt work in this state anyway). But, what should I buy if I shouldnt use these flex lights anymore? Preferences?
Thaks!

I still have mine, but picked up a small UV flashlight that is much brighter and uses normal AAA batteries. I don't claim to be particularly proficient in it's use, as all the leaks I've fixed thus far have been pretty obvious....oil on the hose near the connection etc.
thanks, web. What brand was that light?

RayoVac. It's a cheap light I picked up at walmart. There's nothing special about that particular unit - I was just looking for a UV flashlight. They're more common than you might think once you start looking for them.
good to know! as long as it worked well!
