Anybody recognize this Sanden TRSA05 block style?

I need blocks for this Sanden TRSA05. It's not used in a domestic car. I'm hoping that someone recognizes this block style from a different compressor. If so, please tell me what compressor(s) and which vehicles use them.
Schematic dimensions are millimeters.

Bad news. This is a custom block design, used on no other Sandon compressor. So now the question is, How can I fabricate something that will adapt to this connection?

I called Docs Blocks, and the sales lady said that they offered no technical advice, which is what I need to locate a compatible block.

On the last inquiry I made with Docs Blocks they were not helpful, they just wanted to sell me based on make and model, which is not my circumstance. I have not made this specific inquiry.
The Docs Blocks website now redirects to Stark Manufacturing. Company rename?
