2002 Explorer replacement condenser OT?

spit on Sun July 08, 2012 12:25 AM User is offline

Year: 2002
Make: Ford
Model: Explorer
Engine Size: 4.0
Refrigerant Type: R134
Ambient Temp: 95
Pressure Low: 20
Pressure High: 250
Country of Origin: United States

I have an earlied post regarding the apparent lack of flow of R134 from the condenser to the low side. I was just reading some other posts where it was stated that a replacement condenser might come with a Oriffice tube mounted in it and that a systme wouldn't run right with 2 OTs. The condenser on this truck was replaced by a body shop this winter after an accident..Is it possible that this condenser could have a OT in it? And that this is causing the low pressure on the low side?
