Where is the drain (tube?) for the condensate? Can't see it. Can't feel it. Got water in the footwell (not rain). Help! Help!

I believe it is designed in the case itself.

Where in the case is the drain? Where does it exit the case? Where does it go outside the case. If it is plugged, is there a way to open it?
