Im trying to refill from a 30lb can, are these reading ok?

Year: 1994
Make: Dodge
Model: Ram
Engine Size: 5.9 gas
Refrigerant Type: 134A
Ambient Temp: 85
Pressure Low: 59
Pressure High: 225
Country of Origin: United States

I vacuumed down the system for an hour at 27hg and started to charge from a full 30lb container, I believe I got about 2lbs of charge, This is what the service manual calls for. halfway thru the charge the lines were sweating, but now they are just cold. But Im only seeing vent temps of 59, Are these pressures at idle indicating somethings wrong?

Static pressures are:
94psi

Edit:
At 71 degrees tonight, It was at 50 degrees at the center vent at idle. I decided to put water from a water hose on the condenser.
Low dropped to 35, High = 121, compressor started to cycle. vent temps dropped to 40F
Im thinking maybe i should invest in some electric cooling fans? the replacement condenser did not come with a shroud.

System capacity is 32 ounces of R134a.

Operating pressures should be around 32 & 210. Proper air flow would be something to look into if you are missing a shroud.

The shrouds are important. You could do a test drive-- if it cools OK at speed but not at idle the fan clutch is probably worn out.
