1972 Nova with POA and update my system.

Year: 1972
Make: Cehvy
Model: Nova
Engine Size: 350
Refrigerant Type: r12

I have a 1972 nova that uses the POA system. Years ago I had the evaporator checked and installed it. I have no Idea if the POA and STV(?) valves are good. Thye were taped off when installed and the car has been garage kept and probably hasn't seen 1000 miles in 10 years. I want to get this A/C going so I can enjopy the car in the summer.

Here's what I have, the aforementioned evap, poa, etc installed.
Car has no other remnants of AC under the hood.

I have a complete system from a '79 suburban but does not have the POA.
I also have a condenser, compressor(r4?) and hoses from a '90 buick.

I really want to use as many of these parts as possible. I know I may need custom hoses made at the very least.
I have pics of all these parts if needed.

Thanks.

Used parts never end up with good results!! Best to rethink your project as a good investment for long term use. If you would like to send me pictures of your system that you have on the car and engine bay area, i would be more than happy to fix you up a quote. Jack Adams
