That 6mm Piccolo condensor does nor flush well - or easily. You say it was "full of junk". More than likely it has several partial blockages.

Of course you need to have the fan shroud & all air dams in place, as well as a properly functioning fan assembly. You will need to replace that condensor, and the orifice tube.

Sorry, misunderstood your post.

If that is with a new condensor in the system, you could have either way too much oil in the system or a lot of air.

How long did it hold vacuum before charging?

How much oil is in the system?

No problem, I vac'ed it out for about 1hr and I put in 8oz of pag oil which is what it says it calls for , I put the full 8oz since I flushed the system completely out.

what do the pressures say when you mist the condenser with a water hose?

The high side service port is located on the DISCHARGE line of this vehicle. Elevated pressures at this point normally indicate a restriction in the condenser. How much lube was added to the condenser. Also was the condenser replaced as part of the initial repair or was it added later. From the post, it appears that an attempt to flush the condenser was part of the repair, yet a later statement indicates that the condenser was replaced.
Check the inlet and outlet temps of the condenser. Look for a temp drop app 24-28 degrees at idle.
Was the discharge/suction hose assembly replaced or flushed? This system utilizes a hose assembly with a muffler. This is a great place for debris to accumulate and then be moved into the condenser at start up.
