My compressor continues to kick on and off at about 10 sec. intervals. When it does kick on it seems fine, but doesn't stay on long enough to cool the vehicle. Please help!

You need to measure the high side pressure. Do the condenser fans all work?

have you tried jumping the low side switch? if you do and the low side goes say less than 20 psi you may need some freon!
