Say you're having problems with your AC not cooling and the charge is correct. You've replaced a few things and the other possibilities are the compressor, drier, or maybe the condenser. If the high side reads a high pressure within specs, does that rule out a problem with the compressor?
A bit more information would be helpful. First how did you determine the system was 'charged correctly'? What pressures are being encountered? What problems are being experienced? Provide a more detail explanation of 'problems' and we maybe of more assistance.
