Year: 2001
Make: Chevy
Model: Suburban 2500
Engine Size: 8.1
Refrigerant Type: 134A
Ambient Temp: 72
Pressure Low: 38
Pressure High: 148
Country of Origin: United States

Well I installed one of the universal filters and it was a nice kit. But I must not have got the fitting tight enough to lock the Farrell on the line. The day after the install, evac and recharge the line popped out of the fitting, must not be as strong at 64 as I was at 44 or 34. I had installed a new compressor, dryer and rear expansion valve. The system holds 11 oz of oil which I added 8 to compressor and 3 to the dryer. It looks like may be 3 oz blew out with all the 134, is there a way to tell how much oil I should add back to the compressor? Or is it a swag on my part?

Thanks Bill

Add back the 3 ounces of oil. Might try and see if you can get some new compression sleeves also.

Not at this time. They come as a kit unless we have a warranty item to pull parts from.
