Starting from Scratch

Year: 2002
Make: Dodge
Model: Durango
Engine Size: 4.7
Refrigerant Type: R134
Country of Origin: United States

Picked up an 02 durango 4.7L, front and rear air, without a condensor due to front end damage. I have the tools but have been a read only guy up to this point. My plan is to flush what I can, install the condensor replace both expansion valves and then dryer. Pull a vacuum and then add the proper weight of R134. My question is how much oil without removing the compressor should I add and how and where should I add it? I welcome all advice. Thanks

It is always just a guess when you don't flush the system and start from scratch. F & R system oil capacity is 10.1 ounces. You will have to guess how much is left in your system and add back the difference.
