Quick question: on the 2000 Eldorado and Seville, what is the total oil quantity? It is not on the accumulator sticker, and not in the FSM. Only gives amounts for replacing various components, not a total system flush.

They boosted the oil on Caddies from 8 to 9 ounces between 1992 and 2000? Larger system? Better cooling?

The 1992 Seville/Eldo body stayed the same from '92 to '02. Now Deville changed considerably, probably a lot of extra lines and what-not.

One thing I do know, these systems do not like extra oil in the system with the low mount compressor. After sitting a long time, mine complains on startup.
