2005 Saturn Vue 2.2

I just want to make sure that what I think is the drain plug for the compressor is the drain plug..........

There's 1 large bolt on the bottom (13/16" hex head), so I'm assuming that's the drain.


Please confirm or deny.


Then if it's the drain, what's the tightening torque value?
