Sanden TRS090 - Compresser Block or just Fittings?

Hello -

I have a Sanden TRS090 being installed in a non-stock location.

Does anyone know if it uses a connection block or just single fittings?

If the former, do you know where I can purchase one?

If the latter, what exact size fittings should I buy for the discharge and suction fittings?

Thanks

There are a few different variations of the TRS090. All come with some sort of pad mount fittings.

If you could give us the part number or year, make and model of the vehicle, we may be able to help out a little more. Are you basically looking for the compressor lines where they bolt to the compressor to custom make lines or something different?

Hi Adam -

I called AMA earlier today. I don't know who I spoke with, but they were not any help.

It is going in a custom vehicle so any year, make or model would not help.

The exact Sanden compresser part number is

4969-AFT

Thanks

Question, if you have the compressor already can't you see the fitting connection?

I was the one you spoke with earlier on the phone. The compressor you have is off of a 95-00 Dodge Stratus. That Sanden number shows us a picture of the lines and there are 2 individual lines that connect the lines to the compressor. If you are using it in a custom application, you will have to buy the suction and discharge hoses separately and cut off the ends that bolt to the compressor and fabricate your lines from there. Just to verify, here is a link to the compressor we show, make sure it is the same as yours. It shows a very good picture of the line connections. 20-04969

That's the one.

So neither AMA, or anyone else, sells the fittings to connect customs hoses to this unit, and I will have to buy 95-00 Dodge stratus hoses and cut off the fittings on the compresser ends?

Is that correct?

Also, I thought I read this compresser was the OEM unit on many Honda's. Would you know which years & models?
