Hello,
I have a 1994 Ford Aerostar that was leaking through one of the crimps on the manifold hose assembly from the compressor to the dryer and condenser. So I purchased some braze on ends and barrier style hose to replace the hose on the manifold assembly. I have 2 joins that do leak, and 2 that don't. Attached are two pictures that show the joins that do leak. I'm using the Mastercool manual style crimper and beadlock fittings. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Both are leaking from the little hole in the fitting to make sure you got the hose all the way in there, and also from the back of the crimp. I have tried tighening down the crimp again a little more, but still leaks.
You should try using these ends instead.
