Resealing 10PA15

UK Tech on Thu April 02, 2009 10:43 AM User is offline

Year: 1993
Make: Toyota
Model: Landcruiser 80
Engine Size: 4.2
Refrigerant Type: R134a
Ambient Temp: 1degC
Country of Origin: Sweden

Something's leaking on the compressor, but can't see where, so have ordered all the body O rings, shaft seal and bolt seals. Is it an easy job, or will it all spring apart when I take out the last bolt?

BTW, how are you managing over there without Obama for a few days - he's busy getting his butt kissed in London. Lol.

As far as I'm concerned keep Obama I don't need him!!!!

This PDF link shows the break down but will take a few to load as there are 30 pages in this PDF. Should be alright removing the head and rear plates without things going all over the place but I would use cation breaking it down.

When you take it off, check the pressure relief valve also...
