Compressor Rumble

I have a rumbling sound when the AC compressor is running on my 69. I just completed a full upgrade of the AC system using the efficient Sanden compressor which is new. What really confuses me is that it did the same thing with the A6 compressor, which I thought was due to the power it takes to drive an A6 (12HP). Now I'm looking at the power steering pump which is on the same belt. Evidently, a missing or loose PS pump bolt/mount can cause this but mine are all fine. My pump appears to be working correctly but I'm wondering if some internal problem that isn't apparent could cause this problem. Does anyone here have any ideas?

Rumble around 1700 RPM? Sanden is known for their compressor noise around those RPM's. But if you have the same noise as before I would be looking at other areas also.

Found the problem...hi side hose rumbling from compressor to condensor. In the process of isolating everything. Thanks all.
