Any helpful tips on changing my evaporator , expansion valve and drier? Should i add my pag 46 directly to evaporator and drier? Or can i put inthru low side port. Do i need to flush system also? I have manifold guages and vacuum pump already!

Why are you changing the evap? If it is a leak, I would check the o-rings on the expansion block in side the case of the evap.

A few more details on why you're R & R the evap will help provide suggestions.

Put in dye and noticed dye leaked out from drain tube! Also took truck in to a AC repair shop and they told me to change those! Thx for responding! Also this would be my first time doing this! So youre saying to just check o-rings by expansion valve? Could be cause theres no leak inside of truck.

Yes it could be leaking inside the evap case where the block attaches.

Yes. But I'm unsure why you are so sure you need to replace the evap.

Just figured since im going in there! Just change it out to be on safe side! Iv'e heard this is a common problem with toyotas! From an AC technician. By the way, i just checked my wifes hondas AC: low side was 17 psi and high side was 55 psi when compressor clutch was engaged! Ac get only cool but not as cold as suppose too! Had it serviced by ac technician about a year ago! Shall i add some freon? Clutch engages maybe every 30 sec on/ off
