It blows warm air

Hi guys. I just want to get an opinion and feedback about the problem of my unit. I have a 10 yr old carrier AC unit. Still performing best though it is a little bit old. But last week I noticed that the air coming out of this unit is a little bit warm. I brought this to an AC tech changed the capacitor and still not resolve the issue. I also heard an ice cracking sound inside. What do you think is the problem? I am just new to ac tech and I am still in the learning process. Hope to get a feedback. Thanks in advance.
