The relays I have all have number 334160 4386 and 12V stamped on them, but no

Hunting down AC Relay for 1989 Mazda truck
Someone I know bought used AC parts to add AC to his 1989 Mazda B2200 truck, and got hoses re-done and a brand-new compressor. But he's missing the AC relay on the evap box (and it's small harness). Can someone supply a factory part number for the factory/dealer AC relay, or is there a universal typ...

Re: Turning on AC or Heater caused idle to drop severely
Vibration could be due to a loose compressor mount too. Yes, from your story yours needs to have the leak fixed (don't use ANY sealer), a new drier, then have the system evacuated, and the correct amount of refrigerant added. Yes, special equipment is needed. Otherwise you're just doing a band-aid. ...

Re: Aftermarket AC system for a VW.
Did a search and found a chart and it says that for an ambient temp of 90 it should be between 45 to 55 low side and between 250 and 270 high side and as u can see I only have 32 ls and 212 hs. But I feel afraid of adding more r134 to achieve the values of the chart and damage something. Wellcraft ...

How much torque needed to turn a compressor?
How much torque needed to turn a typical good compressor? On a truck board/site someone reported their compressor required 250 inch-lbs (which is like 16 ft-lbs) to turn, and an off-the-vehicle compressor only required under 20 inch-pounds. I had my 2004 Frontier with 90K and great AC (R134a) handy,...

Re: Corvette A/C rebuild
the hose that goes to the condenser is the high side The hose that comes from the evaporator and accumulator is the low pressure side. Add the refrigeration oil, then turn the compressor (not just the compressor pulley) through at least 10 revolutions with a wrench before evacuating and adding refr...

Re: Ac troubleshooting
Get a real gauge kit so you can really check both low and high sides.
I hope - for your sake - that your "kit" didn't have any SEALER in it !

Condenser doesn't look so clean to me either. Also make sure the fan clutch is good.

Re: 71 Chevrolet C/10-Pressures good / air only cool?
At 80 degrees outside my pressures were 29 and 160 respectively @ 1500RPM with a fan in front of the condenser. Temp at my vents is about 49 at best. That's running down the road. Tube before and after the POA both feel the same cold temperature. Is there anything else that I should be checking? A ...
