Please don't post competitor's data on our site. They don't pay the bills or support the site in any way. These sites cost money to operate.

Re: BMW 325i won't take a full charge
I see (3) models of condensers on a competitor's site. It depends on which one you purchased.

Re: BMW 325i won't take a full charge
Such a small condenser and being serpentine does not bold well for proper cooling and R134a. Plus, from what I can hear in your video, that compressor sounds pretty bad. Make sure the electric fans are working correctly. I see a supplier that shows a PF replacement condenser for this vehicle. But no...

Re: BMW 325i won't take a full charge
You're pushing 300 psi and climbing. Then it shuts off. I would think there are other issues besides an expansion device. Mist the condenser and she when the pressures do.
If that clanking noise is the compressor. That sounds horrible.

Oil manufacturers have or use different oil add packs. Doubt you will have an issue as the oil will still circulate and should not lose its lubrication abilities.

Santech makes good stuff. I had a guy at Mastercool once tell me. All pump ratings are achieved in laboratory testing. Not real-world use, like 105 degrees during a monsoon season.

Re: Orifice tube sizing
I would contact the supplier of your products and ask them what the recommended refrigerant charge should be and what size the orifice is on their eliminator kit. If you know these things, post the information and your operating pressures. The 80% term is used a lot. I've never been a fan of this, a...

Re: Help Please!
Pretty sure both fans kit into high speed when the a/c is turned on. The engine cooling fan system consists of 2 electric cooling fans and 3 fan relays. The relays are arranged in a series/parallel (S/P) configuration that allows the engine control module (ECM) to operate both fans together at low o...

Re: How to get to Desiccant bag?
There is a cap on the drier of the condenser. It should be standard thread direction.
