This is a long shot but try misting the condenser with water at 1800 and report pressures. Is there any possibility that you have too much oil? Vehicle mileage? Did a comp on the system ever grenade?
Retrace your steps on that.
How many miles on the truck?
OT in backwards?

Re: New Compressor and everything else - not cooling
Hopefully you vacuumed for at least an hour. Did you dump out the shipping oil and refill with the correct amount of oil, hopefully. In any event you are still undercharged and you will not get cooling until you install the full amount of refrigerant Also when you give us pressures please set to max...

Re: AC Stopped Cooling
Unless you have done AC work before, it might be best to have a shop look at this for you. There is more to it than meets the eye in terms of parts and skills.
Look for a shop that is MACS certified, they are the best. For example don’t go to a brake shop, etc_’

Re: 2005 Avalon XLS AC air vent temps
I don’t view your issues as DIY, especially with the mileage on the car. Once you get past 100K, all bets are off on the components on most cars. “ if the car were mine, I would recover the system, replace the control valve, replace the desiccant container in the R/D, evacuate the system, and rechar...

Re: AC Stopped Cooling
Proceed with caution, I am concerned that the compressor has grenaded.
As mentioned have a pro shop check it out to prevent more damage. Do not use it in the meantime

Re: '66 Oldsmobile problems
How long did you pull a vacuum?
The markings on the low side gauge are very inadequate. If you do not have a vacuum gauge you would need to vac for at least an hr.
Also if you used the gauge markings to show that it held vac, then you were probably misled

You really need to incorporate your questions on a separate thread else the staff members such as Dougflas and others may not see it
