With those pressure readings, you should have a cold evap core. I would check diverter doors or hot water shut off valve.

Would this compressor mount work on your vehicle. If so you can change out the compressor and have some custom lines made.

Flushing needs to be done at certain times. I posted the lick as he asked for the proper procedure. When adding oil for any reason other than a clean flushed system is always a guess. Most of the time a little here or there won't hurt the system. Couple ounces usallly will do it if no other items is...

Map gas should not deform unless you just hold it in one position for an extended period.

Pull a vacuum and charge with 24 ounces of 121. Then post pressure readings.
